SRC was founded at the end of 2016 by Alex (g), Pat, (b) and Stacee (v) in Friedrichshafen to resurrect the exciting sound of the 80s and early 90s. From the beginning the band didn't want to chum up to any current trend and preferred to be influenced by bands like Motley Crue, Dio, Def Leppard, Motörhead or the Ramones. From the different musical influences of the musicians, the band created an inspiring package of explosive Hard Rock, Metal & Punk, or as the band calls it - 100% Pure Sleaze Rock Power!

 

In spring 2020 SRC finally released their long-awaited debut "The Sixx.66 Buck$ EP", although the recordings had to be postponed again and again due to various line-up changes. Despite excellent reviews from home and abroad (especially in the UK and Scandinavia), the band was unfortunately unable to promote their album due to the pandemic situation. Only a few gigs could be played (for instance at the Swiss Rock Cruise) and planned tours abroad were cancelled due to the worldwide restrictions.

 

At the beginning of 2022 Pat took over the vacant frontman job, after founding member Stacee Luv was no longer available due to some serious health issues. What was initially intended as an interim, quickly became final for the band, which was also accepted and acclaimed by the fans. Already before, the band decided to engage a 2nd guitarist to increase the power for their live performance.

After struggling with further line-up changes, guitarist Shane B. (an old buddy of the band) decided to join the Circus in June 2023 so that SRC could complete the cast way perfect again.

 

SRC now planning to record their new video single "Shade Of My Life" in fall. The production takes place this time under the wings of Kevin Müller, who already acquired an awesome name in Germany’s music scene.
